Another timelapse movie, which I filmed through the last three month.
I learned a lot, for example don’t rest your DSLR uncovered at 14°F in the garden. I set it up and after two hours of taking pictures I recognized that I had chosen the wrong color grading. Just things like that.
This was done with the Canon EOS 550D/T2i and 50mm f1.8 with an interval of 6 seconds. The timelapses were made with Lightroom 3, no color correction and 30fps. Then put the clips in iMovie ‘11 together. Sadly it’s not the same quality like on my Mac.
I tried to work with Premiere Pro CS4, but it failed.
Captured in north east of Germany. The sequence with the turbine was done at a frozen lake and it crackled the whole time.

This is a video of my nieces having a staring contest. Obviously it evolved into something else. I wanted to test my Canon T2i with a couple of different lenses, and originally wanted to do voice overs, but I like the royalty free music that I found.

This was all shot in my garage, with really dim LED lights that point to the ceiling.
